O.K. heres the deal. I was doing dumbell presses for shoulders two weeks ago and about 3/4 of the way up my left arm just totally gave out and came crashing down (I think I got my arms a little too far behind my torso). Anyway this was 3 FRIGGIN' DAYS before I was going to start my cycle. It doesn't stop me from getting through a workout but it feels a little weak and the shoulder seems to get fatigued faster. It has been 2 weeks now and it has gotten a little better but it still gets that tired burning feeling when I do anything upper body. My question is this, is there anything I can take that may help heal this injury??? I have increased my glutamine (don't even know if that would help) and started taking MSM just last nite. My other question is should I go ahead and start my cycle in a few days and just alter some of my exercises to not put my shoulder in a vulnerable position? My concern is that with increased strength my shoulder may not be able to take the extra strain if it is not 100% Need input!
