I just injected delts with a 23g 1.5'' i put it less than an inch in. Hurt a little while injecting, but no pain afterwards, like when I shoot quads.

I have been working my way into shooting in the bi's, by injecting b12 in my bi's with a slin pin.

Whats a good technique for a quad injection? say i'm sitting down do i want to go in from the outside? or straight down?

straight down...NO....oucheee! Hit the outide to the degree wherer your pin doesn't go toward bone! There's lots of turf there from about 2" up from the knee all the way up to 6-8" down from the hip.
