I'm drinking about 2 gallons a day and it really sucks going to the bathroom every hour.

A gallon and a half to 2 gallons and yes I piss all day too. Sometimes I think I have to piss again 5 minutes after I just went. lol

4 litres of water plus whatever comes in other liquids (milk etc.)

2 is a alot.....anything over one you should be conscious of keeping the minerals up like potassium, calcium, blah, blah blah...
