First Cycle Help

I'm ready to do my first cycle and would appreciate any feedback.

I am currently 6'-0" - 265lbs and one of those electronic body fat scales says my bf is 32%. I'm not sure if that is accuate.

I want to gain a solid 15lbs of lean muscle and drop some bf if possible. I have been lifting off and on for 3 years and have been consistant for the last 6 months.

Here's what I have/plan:

Test Enanthate 400mg 1/W Week 1-10
EQ 400mg 1/W Week 1-10
dBol 40mg E/D Week 1-4
Winny 50mg E/D Week 8-12
B12 Mixed
w/Test E & EQ 1000mcg 1/W Week 1-12

Liquid Femara 0.25ml E/D Week 1-10
Liquid Clomid 300/100/50mg Starting after last Winny Tab

Supplements:
ALA - 500mg E/D Week 1-16
Milk Thistle - 100mg E/D Week 1-16
Multi Vitamin E/D
Vitamin E E/D
Vitamin C - 1000mg E/D
Glutimine Peptides
Protein Shakes
Creatin

Your advice will be appreciated.

THis seems very complicated for a first cycle.

A:Bring down your BF
ECA and ALA+CLA Makes this a lot easier.

B:Allow yourself to use gear only after you have gone for 6months straight 4 times a week. None of this on again off again shit. I did 18 months

C: Do your first cycle like this
QV-Test Ena 500 mg PW
QV-EQ 400 mg pw
Mon Thurs shots.

No need to get all crazy on your first go round-It would be like losing your virginity in a threesome. Cool but everything else is downhill.

Clomid post and Nolva on hand.
 
I'm currently doing a minimum of 4 days a week at the gym for a solid 6 months. I came down in weight from 285 to 260 during the past 6 months and feel like I've hit a wall.

I said the 32% bf was probably wrong cause my son is 6'0" - 160lbs and I can see his abs pretty good and the scale says he is at 22% bf. I am a bit over weight but I'd like to put more muscle on now, then diet down without loosing much muscle after this cycle.

Should I not do much cardio while on the dBol or can I do running 30 mins a day for like 3-4 days a week in addition to my lifting?

If you can do cardio on dbol you are a better man than I. My shins damn near explode walking to the gym much less running. You might be able to bike but that would be about it.

If that is one of those sensor scales I have one and they suck. Go get it tested at the gym.
 
I don't trust the electronic hand held body fat indicators. I think calipers, or better still, immersion is the best way to get an accurate bf count.
I'd take Rugbythug's advise, and tone down the cycle a little. If you run just test and equipoise or decca, you'll be amazed at the results.
 
bro...you dont need the dbol....and not even the winny for the first cycle....do a 600/400 stack for 8-10 weeks...see how your body responds....use an ECA stack....cardioCARDIO CARDIO and lift lift LIFT and EAT CCCLLLEEAANNN

what do you eat?? cals/protein/fats??
 
prez is on the right track here.. what's your diet look like and workout.. 6mths.. you should have lost more than that natrally.. the bol and winne tosse... well at least the bol.. like to see your BF down in the low teens before you start gear..
 
Thanks for all your responses. I'll take your advice into consideration while I make up my mind of what to do (wait for now or change it around abit).

Dedprez: I am curious why you suggest that I drop the dBol and Winny. Is it because I will bloat on the dBol, and what about the Winny?

I have been eating real clean up til about 2 weeks ago where I slipped a little, but I've usually been around 55% Prot, 20% Fat, and 25% Carbs.

p.s. I went to the Doctors office today for my regular visit and my weight is 254lbs and bf is 21% using calipers. My bf scale is way off not only on bf% but also off on the weight.
 
yes....i would get rid of the dbol because of the bloat...you will gain the solid 15lbs of muscle that you want off of the enanthate and EQ....as far as dropping the winny...the only reason i say this is that i would see how your body reacts to the test/EQ and mayb on your second cycle add the winny if you didnt like the outcome of the first.....
 
Even at 21% you should really diet down more before you start juice, try getting to around 13-15% before you start.

Clean diet, cardio, and an eca.
 
Sorry to disagree with everyone who says to diet down before starting juice. Diet down before starting a bulk cycle. Juice can play a major role in fat loss during a cut cycle.

For one drop the dbol and at the same time up the Femara to 1 ml a day. At your bodyfat percentage you are an aromatise making machine. Your conversion of dbol & test to estrogen is going to hurt.

Next you've got 2 things in your plan that also are going to derail you. The eq and the b12. Both are going to make your appetite go through the roof. Think about tren instead of eq. Eq doesn't put on bloat but has no fat loss properties itself. Tren does.

I see nothing wrong with the winny at the end.

To make the cycle work it's best consider eca/clen and t3.

Now to the meat and potatoes. Cardio & diet are going to dictate your results! Pay close attention to both. Slowly cut your calories every 1-2 weeks. Shoot for 2-3 lbs of fat a week. Know how many calories you are taking in today. Also if your diet isn't clean the very 1st thing you should do is clean it up.

One last thing. Don't worry about gaining muscle. If it happens, it happens. It's very hard to do both at the same time. Concentrate on keeping what you've got while losing the fat.
