Anyone know anything about mail fraud?

Me and several other Mustangers got fucked over by some asshole down in Texas who runs a shop called DTA Racing.

He has taken at least $50,000 but will not return shit.

We're all going to try and get together to sue this motherfucker and put him in his place.

Does anyone live in or near Texas and know a good lawyer? Also, could you stop in and break his fucking face for me?

Yeah, it does suck. I busted my chops for a year to save that money up and I'll be damned if he files bankruptcy and I see none of it!
