critique my summer cycle
t-3 like this over forty days .25mcg

100mg tren ed wk 1-10
25mg winstrol (oral) ed wk 3-10

eca ed week 1-10

5 day training schedule
sunday-legs
monday-chest/tri
tuesday-shoulders
weds-back
thursday-biceps-forearms

cardio consisting of jump rope , bicycle, running. 2 days of low intensity 45 minutes long , two days of high intensity 20 minutes long every week.


diet consisting of tuna, steak , chicken breast, turkey, pnb,oatmeal,and romaine salad. 70-15-15 split . 2000 calories a day for 3 weeks. 2500 a day for week 4. 2000 a day for weeks 5, and 6. 2800 a day for week 7. 2000 a day for weeks 8-10.

supps. eas simply whey and a multi

the reason i said prop is cuz it is more of a cutting AS than anything and most do it on a cutting cycle...you are a pretty big dude correct??something like6'3" and 285-300 lbs ??how many cycles??i would run the prop ed at 100mg...100mg eod of tren and the winny at the end of the cycle to harden up..say weeks 5-10

you need a test definitely
 
oh ya...forgot to ask about the ECA ....ED for 10 weeks....i think it is most effective using a 2/1 ratio....weeks that is....other wise your body gets used to it and it has only a slight effect..just my 2 cents
 
good points, this is my third cycle , second tren, i still havent tried ant test, might have to. thanks bros.
 
I ran into some bro's that run cycles without any test when cutting. They say it really keeps the water weight down. they"ll run test in the winter to bulk but keep it to just eq or winny when really cutting. Havent tried it myself (I love all test) but its sounds reasonable.
BTW, I hate ECA, I much prefer clen to go with T3
 
I think you'll do ok on that cycle as is...but it defintely could be improved upon. LIke you've heard, adding prop would further protect you from the catabolic response to all that cardio and dieting. If you don't add a test, at least up the winny to 50ED. One other item that might help with muscle sparing is clen. Clen alternating with your ECA for 2 week intervals each will do wonders for fat loss and muscle sparing. One other thing, I wouldn't go over 100mcg of T3 without a base test of say 400-600mg/wk. T3 will really speed up your metabolism and make those 2000calorie days tough on muscle retention. Taking T3 at over 100mcg/day is about the equivalent of subtracting 500-600 calories out of your diet...it will make your body consume that many more calories. Hell, at your bodyweight, 2000 calories per day might be too far below your daily maintenance caloric level anyway. The further below maintenance calories you go, the more you risk dramatic muscle loss on top of your fat loss. There's lots to think about here bro...more than meets the eye at first glance. I'd think about what you've heard here and think hard about your mix of diet and supp strategy before hitting it. Definitely keep us posted though.
 
I would definitely add at least a little test to replace your own that will be suppressed. I did test 750wk, tren150eod, winny 50orally ed along with t3 and eca in a similar way that you are planning and got great results.
