Muscle Infection?

I was wondering what symptoms are associated with a muscle infection. I have this outside right quad that is allot smaller than the same muscle on the other leg. Just this one muscle is not poportionate. I dont know WTF it could be.

Any suggestions?

does it have any redness in it?? pain, sollowen area? need more info

I have the EXACT same thing happening. My right quad is definitly screwed up. There is no swelling. It is painful when you rub the muscle though. It almost like the pin let the "air" out of the muscle and took away its definition. It is the muscle that you would inject into on your right quad.It doesn't hurt at the point of injection, its farther down towards the knee. I haven't used AAS since last November. It is weird, anyone have any thoughts on this..........456

Yea its like the air has been let out of my outside quad. It is one of my injection spots but none of the other muscles are acting this way. It is not discolored and It does not hurt. I do feel a very small amount of pain when I jog but it could be in my head. When contracted it is quite a bit smaller than my other quad. I have had no strength losses that I know of. My squats are the same and I can do them without pain. I have no fucking Idea.

I am by no means a doctor, but it could be some sort of stress induced muscle wasting, perhaps you hit a nerve or frequent that "site" to often. You guys might want to have it checked out. IMHO.
