Starting 1-AD cylce... need help...

Ok guys i'm starting a cycle with 1-AD and some Andro Spray... i know these are weaklings compared to the real stuff u guys do but i'm not ready to dive into that yet... well i got my training down and had a few questions... so here goes:

1) I'm currently cutting right now and was wondering should I worry about dieting while on 1-AD? I was under the impression that i should just eat as much as I can... is that true?

2) Should I supplement with anything else other than some whey protein and food... I currently have glutamine and creatine available and some multi-vitamins... should I use all of them or none? I heard the creatine won't help much while on 1-AD and Andro Spray.

3) And lastly, should I continue my cardio? Right now I do cardio twice a day, in the morning as soon as I wake up AND at night after my workout... with this cycle and it's fat burning abilies should i worry more on gaining muscle than losing fat?

My current stats are i'm 5'9" 225lbs... with around 25% bf... i know, i'm cutting right now and heard that this might help me cutt down some bf and gain some muscle mass... any imput would be much appreciated...

Creatine, vitamins, I think that would be good for a person any time. Not familiar with the suppliments you mentioned. 1-AD and Andro Spray, so can't really offer much. Clean diet and exercise, that's real important.
 
I think a typical ECA product would be a much better choice over the 1-AD. Cheaper too. The Androspray (4-AD, right?) may help bump up your metabolism a bit and help with regeneration on a calorie restricted diet. But clearly, an ECA product is what will make a big difference.
 
I am cutting right now but my question wasn't whether i should take 1-ad and andro spray or not my question's were numbered...

and i've already taken an ECA product.. thanx for the imput though
 
If you want to cut up..then why take 1-AD..? 1-AD is for bulking, right ? and 1-AD is nothing, I mean nothing compared to real stuff. If I were you..I would lower my diet..and stick to ECA.. after that you need to hit at least 10-15 of bodyfat..then do a cycle..of deca, (injectable dbol) , and..winny and you could add some test in there too..
 
1. eat as much as you can but eat farely clean meals...

2. glutamine and creatine are good supps to take as well

3. IMHO i think that you should continue with the cardio especially at that bf% and as you gain muscle....the muscle will eat the fat as an energy source...
 
I'll give you my .02...
-skip the 1AD and save your money for:
-Buy lots of protein, creatine and glutamine
-Hire a personal trainer
 
ok guys... keep in mind that i DID however state that I got my workouts in tune.. meaning i know wut i'm doing.. so to say i need a personal trainer is completely ludicrous...

but thanx for the imput deadprez i appreciate it very much.. I've just heard from a lot of people that taking creatine during my cycle would not affect anything.. meaning the 1-AD already gives me the benefits i woulda gotten from creatine... but i'll definitely keep up my cardio and see how that goes...

hopefully i can gain some muscle as well as lose some bf along the way
 
If you know everything like you claim you do, then why in the hell are you coming here and asking us to help you...? I totally agree what BstrongBwell said...1-AD won't do much for you..if you wanna look big..cut..muscular..you've gotta listen what some MC gurus say to you..get your head from your ass and listen..damn newbies..you only wanna hear what you wanna hear...all of the bros above gave you great advice so you better start taking advantage of it..just my .02

Wtf is u'r problem NO2? I came here asking to help because I needed some answers to three questions... I didnt' need the extra imput and if u don't have any constructive to say the don't say anything at all... only deadprez actually answered my questions so far... everyone else told me stuff i already knew... i'm just asking abou the htree questions... if i felt as though i knew everything, then why the hell would I come here asking quetsions? Where the hell to u get off calling me a newb? my number of posts?? The simple fact that i ask a question makes me a newb? # of posts has nothing to do with how muich training i have done.....

Don't get me wrong but it's hard for me to understand the way you write your (vocabulary/grammar) etc..next time when you write a reply try to write it at some understandable way, ok ? and if deadprez answered your question the right way...simply move on with the next question/s you may have...all of us are here for help..eachother right...??
 
Yes, u are right... we are here to help each other... the reason i'm still here is because the more answers i can get the better... i'd like to hear everyone's opinions on this matter...

I think your post is a little self-rightous.Honestly to come to this board,post your stats (5'9"-225-25%BF) and then reject opinions indignantly seems a little short-sighted.BSBW ,Dedprez and these other bros know what they are talking about.How long have you been training?-what were your stats when you started ? what does your diet look like?(# of meals-protein/fat/carb breakdown)-how long is a cardio session and where do you keep your heart rate?whats your training split look like?-answer honestly and these and other VERY EXPERIENCED bros will let you know if you're on the right track and guide you to better results.However for you choose to just post your training is on point and WTF can a trainer do and insist on throwing $$ away on 1-ad and andro and ignoring and arguing with good bros who know more about the game than you 'll ever know,well lets just say you won't like it here-good luck-train hard!!!
 
These guys really do know what they are talking about, listen to them. They've been around for a while. There is nothing wrong with a personal trainer. At that high bf% he/she could help you with a diet plan. I've been lifting and training since I was 14 and I'm 34, I still learn new things at the gym, even from new people. So sit back relax and listen to the people that have been there. There are a lot of good people here. Also creatine will work if you use it right, it's proven just taking it will burn 100 extra calories a day, doing nothing.
 
I think most people have had very good results with 1AD when they take b/w 600mg and 900mg/day - I have never used 1AD myself so this is just hearsay. I do know that at that dosage you will burn through some serious cash using 1AD. If you're trying to stay legal, or at least in the grey area of legal, I would go to www.anabolicminds.com and order some T-1 Pro - I am finishing up a cycle of it and have been VERY pleased with the results. If you become a member you can get a bottle of it w/dmso for $68.50, and it will last you 6 weeks at heavy dosing. That way you will save enough money to buy such things as protein, creatine, etc like BStrongBwell so wisely suggested. Oh, and the AndroSpray (ergopharm's right?) is complete junk, IMHO.
As far as your supps go, I'd definately take your multi's and glutamine, but I would save your creatine for after your PH's - that's just my opinion, nothing wrong with taking the creatine during your cycle. Make sure you have some ZMA and clomid or 6 Oxo for post cycle recovery. And, finally, YES, continue with your cardio, bro!

Sorry bro but you obviosly don't know as much about training as you think you do. Listen to the bros here and they can teach you something. You don't need Andro or 1-AD to achieve the goals you need. Right now you need to get your BF under control. Even if you put on 20lbs of muscle using 1-ad Nobody would notice because you are to fat. Now loose 20lbs of fat and everybody will notice. Here are some hints for good fat loss.
ECA or NYC
ALA-3grams daily with food
CLA-4grams daily with food
PM me or listen to some others for better results.
Talk to Wierd Al he knows alot about natural weight loss.

1. If you're cutting right now, then you're dieting. That means you have to place your body in a caloric deficit on a consistent basis to see results. Don't eat whatever you want. If you eat as much as you can, then you're not dieting (or cutting for that matter).

I think you've got the cart before the horse on this one. You don't take anabolic supplements or meds to get cut. Your diet, specifically the caloric balance deal, will determine your weight loss (or gain). The supps and meds will help maintain your energy levels in a carb depleted state, giving you that extra push in the gym. And they may help retain LBM while dieting, although I personally have never seen any credible study substantiating this hypothesis.

I didn't come here to criticise anyone's answers to my questions. I guess somehow it came off that way and i apologize.. But that still does not give you the right to flame me... I didn't put BSBW's answers down, I simply stated that I wanted the answers to three questions... not a lecture on how to lose weight... now to answer your questons ripped chef... here goes

i've been training for about 6-7 yrs now... off and on but recently i've been consistent...

When I started I was 5'9" 165 lbs... all fat btw... absolutely no muscle on me...

I eat 5-6 meals a day at about 250 g/protein, carbs i stay around 150 g, and fat I keep as low as possible. I try not to go over 70 g/day...I don't know my total cals.. sorry about that..

My cardio sessions are 30 mins at 80% my max... I know two a days are going to lead to muscle loss.. but since my last bulking phase I gained too much bf so i'll just have to lose some muscle along the way...

As far as my training split... here goes..

Sunday: Chest/Tri's
Monday: Back/Bi's
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Shoulders/Abs/Calvs
Thurs: Quads/Hamstrings
Fri: off
saturday: off

two a day cardio sessions on sunday/monday/wednsday/thurs/and Fri
I give myself atleast a 24 hr window to recover twice a week..

And to be honest guys, I didn't come here to be a smart ass... again I apologize... But the thing with BSBW's answers wasn't what I was looking for... I simply wanted to know how I should handle my 1-ad andro cycle... that's all...

And a shout out to IrishMan.... thank you for your answers... U've given me exactly what I'm looking for... See guys.. all i'm asking are a few questions... I know how to lose weight... my last bulking phase just lasted longer than expected...
