My slin results this week

I have been off everything except GH for over six weeks. And off AS for a couple months. I have been training steady and working on my diet.

Well, I started back on slin eight days ago and I have already gained 7 pounds. The stuff is truly amazing.

Here is my latest program.

10 iu's pre-workout.

Sip carbo force AND meal replacement drink with 50g protien while I workout making sure I finish BOTH before the workout is over.

10 iu's post-workout.

Sip gatorade and meal replacement dring with 50g protien steadily until it is gone. (about 45 minutes).

Then just eat as much as I can with as little fat as possible.


Also, I have been doing slin for about four or five months cycling on and off. If you plan to do it, make sure you start with post-workout shots only until you get used to it.

One more thing: I only do the pre-workout shots when I am working out at home and have plenty of glucose tabs/gatorade/carbo force etc.. within 30 seconds reach.
 
Sounds like you're getting good results from it, but it's a little deeper down the rabbit hole than I'm ready to go. :D

This is an interesting approach with a pre & post workout shot. Is this something that you came up with on your own?
 
Have you noticed any sides with it yet? How many iu's did you start with post workout? Just curious, I'm leaning toward it.

I have been experimenting with slin for several months. I have talked to several people that do pre and post workout shots. Many people also do AM and PW shots.

The reason I am doing it this way right now is because, when I workout at home, I am right by my kitchen. I can control my diet much better than if I take an AM slin shot and then go to work.

Have not really noticed any sides from slin. I have really not even had any fat gain. I do try to eat clean around the slin though. And, I am also doing GH. That may be helping with the fat. I don't know because I have never done slin without GH.

And, I started with I think 5iu's post workout and worked my way up to 10 iu's post workout on my first cycle.

This is like my fourth four week cycle of slin.

Yes, It really is. I was primed for it though. I have been off AS for about three months and off slin for over six weeks. I have just been training consistently and watching my diet. So, when I hit the slin it really hit me good.
 
And, BTW. When I say no problem with fat, I mean no PROBLEM with fat. The slin always puts a little fat on me, but it seems to be proportionate with the amount of muscle that I gain. So, I think my body fat percentage is staying the same while gaining weight.

If I were gaining weight and no fat, of-course my body fat would be going down, which it is not. And, that's OK too, because I am a hard gainer and I always stay fairly lean.

bump for this... yo yo hostile my bitch got one for you...try this on for size and see if I am correct using humalog... post work out 2 serv. cell tech 10 g glutamine 50 g protein and a soft drink that will get my carbs...1 hr later homemade shake....(2 serv whey, 2 c. skim milk, 2 serv. no fat ice cream) and then another hr later 2 chicken breast and 2/3 c. brown rice? So does that look ok for my post slin meals!

I would delete the soft drink completely and forever. Use something that is a little more healthy to get your carbs. I use carbo force.

The rest looks good.
 
I have just started taking humulin r. I started 10 days ago and have only used on five of the 5 days and have already gained 8 pounds. I love this stuff!

Good stuff Hostile, gives me more of an idea of what I'll do when I start taking insulin...thinking of bridging my next cycle with it

Are you going to start at a low dose post workout and increase slowly? That's what I would do.

What does your diet look like around the time of the slin? And have you gained much fat or water? Or does it seem to be muscle? Just curious.
