I was just told last weekend by the NPC district chairman that the IFBB will be creating a pro Figure division soon. For now the judging in the NPC will be more generous than in the future to get some women pro's quickly.
Also, according to the IFBB website a new men's fitness division is in the works. The first event will be the "1st Men's Fitness World Cup", Santa Susanna, Spain, September 26-29, 2003. You can learn about it at the IFBB website

If you ask me, this men's fitness sounds gay and really has no place in a bodybuilding federation. I couldn't think of anyone I know who'd want to go see that.
