Check this out. It allows you to check interactions between all manners of vitamins, supplements, testosterone, alcohol, foods, testosterone, and anti-depressants and other prescription drugs. For instance, I wrote down a bunch of things that I don't necessarily take at the same time but that I have taken in the past, and put them all into the checker:
Adderall
Wellbutrin
Zoloft
Nicotine
Valium
Clomid
Nolvadex
Codeine
Multivitamin
Vitamins B12, C, E
IM Testosterone

The results it returned were very interesting, and very good info to know. I'm glad I ran this interaction check so that I know the important information below. Be safe, write down a list of things you take or have taken, and put it all in. You never know, you might just save yourself from some serious side effects or worse. Here's the results from my list:

You searched for interactions of combinations of the following drugs and herbs: ADDERALL, Clomid, Codeine Oral, Multi-vitamin Supplement, Nicotine Skin Patches, Nolvadex, Saw Palmetto, St. John's Wort, Testosterone intramusc, VITAMIN B-12 (CYANOCOBALAMIN), Valium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Wellbutrin SR, Zoloft.
(Caution: Herbal products are not subject to review or approval from the FDA. Not all of the risks, side effects, or interactions associated with the use of herbal products have been studied. Not all drug interactions are known or reported in the literature, and new drug interactions are continually being reported. This information is provided only for your education and for you to discuss with your personal healthcare provider.)

DEXTROAMPHETAMINE (in ADDERALL) may interact with SERTRALINE HYDROCHLORIDE (in Zoloft)

Although the cause of this potential interaction is not clearly understood, sertraline may increase the effects of dextroamphetamine. This could cause an increase in side effects including irritability and depression, restlessness, and anxiety. Other more serious side effects include an increase in blood pressure, a rapid heart beat, and an abnormal heart rhythm. If sertraline and dextroamphetamine are used together, your doctor may want to monitor you closely for side effects and adjust the dose of either drug if needed. Ask your healthcare provider about these drugs and this potential interaction as soon as possible.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered major in severity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ALCOHOL may interact with DIAZEPAM (in Valium)

Although the cause of this potential interaction is not fully understood, intolerable or otherwise undesirable side effects may occur when diazepam is taken with alcoholic beverages or alcohol-containing products (such as some cough syrups and elixirs). Potential side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, headache, and nervousness. Because the combination of diazepam and alcohol (ethanol) may impair your judgment and/or reflexes, it may be dangerous to drive or to perform tasks which require you to be alert after taking these together. It would be advisable to avoid consuming alcohol while you are taking diazepam. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is well-documented and is considered moderate in severity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

AMPHETAMINE (in ADDERALL) may interact with SERTRALINE HYDROCHLORIDE (in Zoloft)

Although the cause of this potential interaction is not clearly understood, sertraline may increase the effects of amphetamine. This could cause an increase in side effects including irritability and depression, restlessness, and anxiety. Other more serious side effects include an increase in blood pressure, a rapid heart beat, and an abnormal heart rhythm. If sertraline and amphetamine are used together, your doctor may want to monitor you closely for side effects and adjust the dose of either drug if needed. Ask your healthcare provider about these drugs and this potential interaction as soon as possible.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered major in severity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ST. JOHN'S WORT may interact with SERTRALINE HYDROCHLORIDE (in Zoloft)

Serotonin, a type of chemical that is called a neurotransmitter, is responsible for sending signals from one nerve cell to another. Both sertraline and St. John's Wort increase blood levels of serotonin in the brain. A lack of serotonin has been associated with depression. However, when serotonin levels are higher than normal, you may be more likely to experience side effects such as nausea, vomiting, agitation, restlessness, headache, or dizziness. Excessive amounts of serotonin may cause a condition referred to as "Serotonin Syndrome"--a potentially dangerous set of symptoms that include overexcitement, tremors, very low blood pressure, high body temperature, excessive sweating, and extreme confusion. Any of these signs should be evaluated immediately by a doctor. Do not use St. John's Wort while you are taking sertraline. To avoid potential problems, inform your doctor before taking St. John's Wort for any reason. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is well-documented and is considered moderate in severity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ST. JOHN'S WORT may interact with ALCOHOL

Both alcohol and St. John's wort relax the central nervous system. When they are used together, the risk of excessive sedation and other side effects is increased. Signs of apparent drunkenness such as confusion, disorientation, and uncoordinated movement can occur more quickly than usual. More dangerous results may include vomiting, unconsciousness, pale or bluish skin, slowed breathing, and coma. Do not drink alcohol while you are taking St. John's wort or any other herbal supplement. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered moderate in severity.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ST. JOHN'S WORT may interact with DIAZEPAM (in Valium)

Both diazepam and St. John's wort relax the central nervous system. When they are used together, the risk of excessive sedation and other side effects may be increased. Oversedation including daytime drowsiness, confusion, disorientation, and uncoordinated movement can occur. Slowed reaction time may make trying to drive hazardous. Low body temperature and the inability to walk are serious side effects that need a doctor's attention. Do not use St. John's wort or any other herbal supplement while you are taking diazepam. Discuss this potential interaction with your healthcare provider at your next appointment, or sooner if you think you are having problems.

This interaction is poorly documented and is considered moderate in severity.

who knew that there was a "major" interaction between zoloft and adderall? I wonder if most doctors even know that.
