I gained 16 pounds with my cycle..I'm on my 9th week..

I'm doing test enanthate...
Deca Durnabolin
Dbol (Increased dosage to 55 mg /ED with ALA and Milk Thistle for Liver protection )

I was 275 when I started now I'm 291 .. I etsted my bodyfat.. it was 7% I wanna drop it to.. like 0 damn :D no 4 to 4% would be nice... My arms/biceps I measured them are well over 23"..

This is my trainign schedule :


Monday
Shoulders
- Military Press 4x10
- Upright Rows 4x10
- Front Extensions 3x10 superset with Lateral Raises 3x10
- Shrugs 4x20
30 min. of Cardio following workout



Tuesday
Back & Biceps
- Front Lat Pull downs 4x10
- Seated Rows 4x10
- Single Arm Rows 4x10 - Straight Arm Pull Downs 4x12
- Single Arm Hammer Curls 3x10
- Preacher Curls 4x10
- Straight Bar Curls 3x10
- Top Cable Curls 4x10
30 min. of Cardio following workout


Wednesday
Cardio Day
- One Hour of Cardio Low end of Target heart rate, maintained for one hour.


Thursday
Legs
- Leg Sled 5x10
- Front Squats 3x10
- Lunges 3x10
- Leg Extensions 4x10 w/singles following each set x2 on each set
- Leg Curls 4x10 w/singles following each set x2 on each set
- 3way Calf Raises 4x12 30 min. of Cardio following workout


Friday
Chest & Triceps
- Flat Bench 5x10
- Incline Bench 3x10
- Flat Fly's 4x12
- Cable Fly's 4x10 or Pec Deck 4x10
- Skull Crushers 4x12 - Cable Pull Downs 3x12 superset with Cable Overhead Extensions 3x12
- Tricep Dips on benches 4 to failure
- Tricep Dips on dip bar 4 to failure 30 min. of Cardio following workout

Saturday
Cardio
- One Hour of Cardio Low end of Target heart rate, maintained for one hour.

Sunday
Repeat Mondays workout and so on


Now my Diet Plan:

7:00am - Lg. Bowl of Oatmeal (Carbohydrate), I add two scoops of whey protein in with this to add Protein. Vanilla flavor whey protein by ISS has very little taste and is real easy to add. You may just drink a glass of
whey protein if you don’t want to add it to the oatmeal.

9:00am – Protein intake, Pro 42 bar or whey protein drink, egg whites. Apple, orange, grapefuit or low carbohydrate food is ok at this time.

10:00am – Pre workout drink. Thermogenic, I use pro costinoid, or ripped force and drink it during my workout.

12:30pm – Post workout meal. First 30-1hr. after workout is very important to get good protein intake. A few good carbohydrates are ok now also.

3:00pm – Protein intake, Pro 42 bar or whey protein drink, 8 or 12 egg whites or a chicken breast you have prepared.

6:00pm – Meal. Concentrate on Proteins. Should be a very low carbohydrate meal. Low fat meats are good.

9:00pm – Protein intake, Pro 42 bar or whey protein drink, 6 or 8 egg whites or a chicken breast.

Now some suppliments I take with my cycle..

DIURLEAN
3 capsules morning & 3 capsules at lunch. Thermogenic, lipotropic weight loss and energy.

19 STENEDIOL
2 capsules 45 min prior to work out. Norandrostendiol and Norandrosendione with L-Tyrosine and B Vitamins. Used for increase in lean muscle, strength and endurance. Decreases recovery time and body fat levels.

4 BETA-DIOL
2 capsules 45 min prior to work out. Testosterone booster.

BLAST
1 packet prior or during workout. Energy drink, and thermogenic. (Pro Cosanoid)

CREATINE
Loading 1 scoop 5 times a day for 5 days, then maintain with 2 scoops a day. I mix it in my protein drinks. Creatine recycles ATP to promote strength, energy and endurance.

L - GLUTAMINE
Best used 30 minutes prior to and following your workout. L-Glutamine has very positive effects on prevention of muscle breakdown, Protein Synthesis, and increased GH levels. It also supports the immune system.

PRO POWER PROTIEN
Start with 1 pack a day then build up to 2 or 3 packs a day. Your body needs to get used to all the Protein. Always drink one 30 min after to your workout. Protein increases your insulin growth factor, which burns fat and increases lean muscle.

PRO 42 BARS - 3 bars a day between meals, space out protein intake no longer than 2 hours apart. Protein is the same as above. Eat a bar or drink a Pro Power but no need to do both.

ZMA COMPLETE
3 Capsules on an empty stomach 30 min prior to bed. Testosterone booster. Don’t take this with a dairy product.

Damn, It took me an hour to write all this... I got an advice about my diet from this good friend that I know..who's involved with wrestling and bodybuilding business..!..if you have any better plan for me just say so..My web-cam is broken..I'll try to take some pic's as soon as possible...
 
you may want to watch your thermogenic intake, supplements like "Xenadrine" will kill you just as soon as look at you

cycle looks like it, but your meals looks like your cutting.... just a little confused, but keep it up bro!
 
with your stats, I'd say you have a very good routine and diet ect. going
 
Lol, everyone can do what I do..when you go to the gym bust your ass..when you eat, eat until you puke..and your best friend would be AS. :)
