undecided on eq or deca and don't exactly know when to run the fina or how long.

Well if you looking to bulk which it seems like you are, I would use the deca. Then I would finish it up with your fina/susp at the end of your cylce. Is this a ten weeker?

I wouldn't run the Deca and Fina together for many reasons - your dick being one of them.
Note that Deca is a slow gainer so give it some time for build some muscle.

Run fina for about 6 weeks, if you have never taken it before start with a dose of 75mg EOD, if you don't have any problems it would be ok to raise your dose to 75mg ED, but don't run fina if you decide to use deca. By mixing those too, you have a very good chance at getting gyno. So if you run fina, you need to go with the EQ.
