Everybody seems to have their own opinion on this, I personally like the clen w/ ketofin, I can take it all before I go to bed and it helps me sleep.

They all give about the same results, so I would get whatever is cheapest.

clen with keto works makes me sleep good but after a week of it i want to sleep all the time real groggy all day

going for some reg clen next time
