what company is the best to get your personal training certification and how would I got about getting it?

i also wanted to know if getting your certification online would be worth it or not....and which one of those are quality programs...im a college student with no time to go out of state for classes or workshops which rarely come to south carolina....so if someone could help me out with that i would appreciate it

THe most reputable are ACE (American Council on Exercise) and Parillo. If you order the study materials provided by the certifying organization, usually around 300 bucks, and devote a minimal amount of time to studying them the tests are not that difficult. They are given usually on Saturdays all over the country all through the year.

but will I be able to use the ACE certification to get a decent job as a personal trainer?

your ability to get a job rests entirely with you. you must be proffesional and dedicated to making it happen. However, ACE and Parillo are two certification agencies that are respected throughout the industry.
