I'm gaining weight, about a week and a half into my cycle. I was off for a while due to work, and I've been able to get to the gym again for a few weeks, but I'm shocked at the gain. I always use the scale in the locker room, a standard 2 beam balance bar scale. Last Tues. I was 226. On Sunday I was 232. Today I weighed 236. I've even added cardio a couple times a week.
It's hard to believe, but I'm pretty happy about it right now. :D

can I get a whoo-hoo?
 
I think it's possible, with the hours you were working your body was probably incredibly drained, and you're starting off with prop. And like dedprez sez, muscle memory is great!

Muscle memory is allowing your muscles to adapt to the stress your putting on it by increasing in size. Resulting in weight gain. Keep pumpin iron.
 
dedprez, I lost about 15pounds, maybe a couple more over the 2 months I wasn't able to get to the gym. I went from 238 to 223, some being bf, but I know I lost size too. I'm amazed that muscle memory had an affect that quick.
I know I won't gain like that the whole cycle, but I'm hoping to gain a lot. maybe I can get to an honest 250?
