1-AD and Andro Spray

Just got the 1-AD and andro spray and was wondering how many I should take... The bottle says to take 3 a day spread throughout the day but to not go over 3... While my brother, who has taken the 1-AD, says to take 6 a day spread out every 2-3 hrs... He did it for 4 weeks and says he got better results by sstacking more....I'm leaning towards 6 a day, but was just a little worried about doing it...

Is there anyone out here who has done 1-AD... if so how many did you take?

Any comments would be much appreciated.

I think I may have taken 6/day but remember not getting anything from it...pretty useless stuff IMO.

I know people who use 6-9 a day and have gotten good results,it doesn't aromatize so the sides do not increase that much with an increase in dosage.
