iam thinking of shoting into my legs iam shooting almost 3 cc eod 1 3/4 prop 1winny is that to much at once in my legs i have small legs and also would like to hit my delts what do you guys think to get an idea of my size iam 5 10 180 lb under 10 % bf and what size pin do you think is good

23 or 25 guage. 1 inch long.

By leg injections I guess you mean quads right?

sorry yes i meen quads is 3 cc to much at once my ass is starting to get swollen

3cc is fine for quads, it might be a little much for delts, I would start out with 1cc in delts & work your way up.

I have done 3cc in quads with no problem.

yes, 3cc is probably okay for the ass or quad, i personally never go over 1-1 1/2 in the delt. i prefer a 21 gauge all around and 1 1/2 inch in the glute or quad and a 1 inch for the delt.
