dbol question

Getting ready for second cycle. Want to jump start with 50mg of dbol ed. The question is what is the best way to take it? Should i spread out evenly throughout the day or take a bunch before i workout? Pleae help
 
You should spread them through the day, never take bunch of them in a same time.. for example..take 3 in the morning after breakfast..then take another 3..3 hours after breakfast...then after another 3 hours take some more..and take 2 hours before workout..then you'll get great pumps..drink alot of water..and you should get great pumps and gains in 4-5 days, good luck.

Yep, spread them out. D-bol has a short half life and you want to keep your levels consistant.
