Whats the difference b/w the Whey Isolate 2lbs, and the Whey Concentrate 5lbs. About to order and just wanted to know the diffrence and whats better to go with. thanks

I've only tried the concentrate (cheaper), and it's great. Just ordered 3 5lb tubs (and some pancake mix).

did you guys compare nutrion facts? maybe one has shitload of fructose and other stuff you don't need. But bump for a straight answer!

Isolate is in general a higher quality protein than concentrate.

From wheyoflife.org:

Q: How Are Whey Protein Concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate Different?

A: Whey protein isolate is the purest form of whey protein and contains between 90 to 95% protein. It contains little (if any) fat or lactose. Whey protein concentrate is available in a number of different types based upon the protein content of the product, which can range between 25%-89%. It will contain some lactose, fat, and minerals. As the protein level increases the amount of lactose decreases. Whey protein concentrate at an 80% protein content is the form most readily available as a protein powder supplement.

I like chocolate, but it's all I've tried. Ordered a tub of vanilla this time, though (along with 2 choc). I've heard the strawberry is really good, but I don't like strawberry stuff.

the vanilla is absolutly fantastic if you sprinkle in some cinnamon. It tastes so good you think your cheating on your diet, lol

Damn, that's a shock. Honestly, ever vanilla flavored protein I've ever had makes me gag unless I mix something (anything) in with it. I'll definitely give this one a shot.
