sust or winstrol

What cycle should I do next sust or winsrol? I did a cycle of sust 250 a year ago and gained 20 lbs but I lost all that weight and I am Back to my original weight from lack of training. I want to gain alot of weight and be ripped for summer. does anybody have any suggestions? thanx

use them both

first of all start training again, train a cuple of months before doing your cycle so that your body become used to the workouts, after that start thinking about your cycle........ and yes, test/win would be a good combo.
