View Full Version : Started trying to cut, take a look

Well im trying to lose a few lbs before summer. Im waiting till mid summer to start my cycle but right now im just taking some pills from Schwarts lab, good place by the way.

but heres my food intake

breakfast 630am-oatmeal 6 eggs
900-chicken breast
12- rice or sweet potato and chicken
3- more chicken
when i lift a mrp
dinner- chicken and rice or sweet potato
and yogurt or chicken at night

Now im going to start my cardio tomorrow. Any ideas, i figured walking at night, but how should i run the cardo durning the day.

A few things... your breakfast doesn't have enough protein... I'd add some sugar or something after lifting (simple carbs)... go with the chicken over the yogurt. I've also found that as much fiber as your body can handle will help lose fat.

For the cardio, I'd do it either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or immediately after lifting. I prefer high intensity but low length of time cardio.

ok, so break fast ill eat half a peice of chicken in there

So al u think more oatmeal, thats fiber right?

Im gonna start joggin in teh AM monday

The only thing I can say is add some red meat you need red meat in your body! I would change my last meal to a lean steak and a salad w/low/nofat dressing! I think that something in the red meat aids in the production of test not to mention the little bit of creatine you will get from it!

i prefer my people to have red meat every three days or so! too many people get got up in the higher protien w/fat and its of the animal i would increase your fat though with some cashews or natp/b two tbls day!

Ok ill get some nutz dpsquat, i have another question. So far ive lost 15 lbs in the last 3 weeks. I am still trying to get my gut cut. Not goin too good. but im back down to 225 from 240.

Got any ideas on something i can do to help me get the 6 pack? Or any ones ab workout will work.
