Haven't used it yet, still researching. From what I've seen you will get the same results as pills.

One thing I reccomend on all the liquid products is to measure it out with a syringe instead of the dropper the bottle comes with.

I used it for about 2 week or better.. I also used clen.
I went from almost 280 down to mid 260's..
I was a nightmare to be around.. But I do believe most of that was from the clen, but not all.
Anyhow.. I also was using more than most would use just to see if Ravar's article had any merrit.
The only problem I had is, I had to either come off or I was going to hurt someone.. So I did, WRONG MOVE... I found out that using almost ravar's 1mcg per lb of body weight cause a severe rebound effect just stopping dead like that ... I'm back at 276
