i want you guys to give me some of your best techniques for training. i have a workout partner. he's competes and is a big mutha. but i stoped training with him because i feel like i should do what i want and i should only rest a bit so i could cut up fast.

so this is how my workouts look

split.

chest
back
legs
arms
shoulders

i do two on one off or whatever i feel like that day.
i weight train like a maniac for 45min-hour lots of supersetting and drop setting. with little rests. then i hit cardio for 30mins-45mins.

so give me some suggestions any suggestions u will like to me bout training.

man theres just so much to mention bro, so i wont go into everything i can think of but rather maybe everyone can help you with one thing ata time, and ur split in my opinion need to split up legs into quads and hammies bro

I believe it is best to split weight training and cardio into two seperate sessions. That way you can give 110% to each without being worn out.

actually i was really thinking bout that

i think i am gonna do hams with chest and quads with shoulders. and calves eod. so it kinda works out perfect

Yo Yo dont do calves eod.....your calves will respond just fine if you lift them once a week going as heavy as possible and being very very very strict w/your sets!
