slin question

ok i have the what to eat part down with slin---but is there a definitive way to run it, i was thinking EOD the first 2 weeks to see how i react, and then only run it on training days the next 3-4 weeks--input greatly appreciated! or is 6 weeks too long?

and how long does it usually take to develop an insulin tolerance?
 
What kind of slin and what dosages are we talking here?

Chad Nicholls is recommending 1-2x a week, 3x a day on the slin days. I’m currently running it this way but it is way too early to comment as to how I'm doing on it (plan to run it 8 weeks). Previously I would run 10ius of log post workout only. This seemed to work well and I ran it for about 8 weeks with no receptor site down regulation (that I could tell).

In concordance with the way I'm currently running slin, I am also running GH 4ius on non-slin days. Also I'm using 425mg of Metformin 4x a day on non-slin days. Metformin seems to be keeping the receptors clean. I could actually feel the difference on slin days as compared to when I didn't run the Metformin.
 
I to am thinking about running slin soon my question is this how long can I cycle it for the on/off time this will be my first time running it and I was thinking about starting with 2iu's and go up 1 iu a day till I reach 10iu's post workout I am going to use R cause that is what I can get w/o a scrpit also should I only run it on training days ?
 
ya i am going with R and i think i am only going to run it mondays and thursdays---a buddy on another site said try it like that the first time
