what is the best simple carb to take with slin??? Any recommendations on what creatine to take with the slin???

I caught a real nice discount on Cell-tech. 2 KG's for 20 bucks.

2 scoops =75 grams of simple carbs along with 10 grams of creatine. I hit 3 scoops for every 10 units of slin, works good for me

yea i love cell tech, i have this german creatine i use because i get it free when ordering 100 dollas worth of sups. Do you know if i can by glucose by it self?
