my dumbass friend spilled some of my sus on the table....what do i do to get the bacteria out so i can still use it...

Make sure you don't spill. Thatt usually keeps the bacteria out.
As for the juice that is spilled. I would forget it.

Depending on how close you are to your buddy, go ahead and let HIM try to use it. *chuckle* If you care about him at all, you'd do him a favor and just kick his ass rather then let him inject that shit into his body, tho...
