I have been whipping together 3 scoops of N-Large2 with milk, a tablespoon of peanut butter and sometimes a banana shortly after my workout. I know that within two hours of working out, another meal chalked full of carbs and protein is the most important.

Directly after my workout though, would a glass of grape juice be sufficient, especially for replenishing my glycogen levels? Or maybe some orange juice and malodextrin?

What do you all recommend ingesting right after working out?

i would recomend getting your creatine and glutamine along w/some simple sugars and protein right after work out. I am on slin right now so my post workout drink is 2 scoops of cell tech 2 serv. of whey and water and 2 c. of OJ...and then eating chicken and rice or pots or steak an hour later...good luck and I hope this helps

i read somewhere that milk after workout isnt the best thing to drink, because its slow to digest. I would go with what champ says about the simple sugars, creatine, glutamine, and protein.
Im also using slin postworkout, and my postworkout drinks include 1 scoop cell tech with added creatine and glutamine. then about 15 minutes later i drink 2 scoop of isopure and a scoop of weight gainer.
