Shoulder for me, I sometimes can't connect. I feel like I just going through the motions. Lat's I've never had a problem with.

I can't get my abs to work. Oh I guess I should really work them!

I have probs with my biceps mostly, they get a good pump but it's hard for me sometimes to really concentrate on contracting the muscle to ensure optimal usage

Glad to see I'm not the only one. What I meant presser was that I sometimes feel like I am just going thru the motions and can't really squeeze the contraction. Anyway, I hit them hard and they are good and sore today. :)

This is a very good thread. I have problems every so often with different muscle groups but one of the hardest for me is mid back, and lats. Any suggestions for these?

Here is the best way to connect to the muscle u have prob with. u gotta try all kinds off exercises for that muscle and hit it first in the workout. then see what happens.

I feel ya bro. I can put up the weight ... but the connection isn't there like everywhere else.

And yes ... my lats/back suck compared to other parts.

Negatives are supposed to be good for awakening the muscle mind connection. Therefore, chest is not contracting as you like trcik the muscle with 4, 5, or 6 plates and two spoters on the bench.

For lats load the stack with extra weights and hav two patners pull it down behind your neck and let it up as slow as you can.

Lower and mid back are not so good for me, mind-muscle wise.

If so then don't mind when you overcome the matter.

Really bro do negative bench w/ 405 to 495 or 315 or whatever your comfortable with.
