On leg days, I do have trouble with the brakes and clutch... On arm days, I have trouble steering and shifting!

I've also had a TERRIBLE problem with leg cramps lately....I was eating at the Outback a few weeks ago with a friend, we'll call him Brian, and when I got up to go to the bathroom my right quad felt like it had tied itself in a knot. I couldn't even fake it and walk "cool" to the bathroom, so I had to damn near slide my leg, Igor style, on the way. Once inside I had to alternate between massaging my quad, and standing on one leg to stretch out the muscle - for 10 solid minutes. Each time I straightened the damn thing out, it would lock up again. I got many "what tha hail" looks while I was standing on one leg......

I had forearm cramps last week, but I usually don't cramp too bad. I always eat a couple bananas and drink plenty of water if I do cramp, though

Have a similar. Did a big leg workout. Later in the day I went to see Lord of the Rings, the two towers. Sat in the theater for about 2 1/2 hours. When I went to stand up, my hamstrings cramped up so bad I couldn't stand all the way up. It hurt so damn bad I bit my tounge to stop from screaming. My wife, with all her sympathy and knew what was going on said "your a dumb ass."

Scorpio, I hear ya. I actually collapsed in the floor at my house from hamstring cramps....my wife said, "You shouldn't work out so hard." Gotta love her.......

When your back itches and u can't scratch it because your arms are too tite and u'r no long as flexible as u once where... now u'r at a constant search for a Chinese backscratcher (those sticks with fake fingers on them) to help scratch your back!!!

LMAO. I always keep the chinese back scratcher handy. I keep one at work and one at home! And today was leg day - the drive home was fun. I did ok with the brakes, since it was mostly anlke action, but the damn clutch! Just holding it in my leg was shaking like you wouldn't believe!

leg workout.........when you walk down a flight of stairs, and your legs give out, and you pretend that all is normal even though you almost tripped and broke your damn neck!

when you get off the phone with people because your arm hurts too bad to hold it up to talk.

and when you can't give yourself shots in your glut because you lats and lower back lock up when you reach around.

That did happen to me josh. I had the shakes do bad that I couldn't even keep needle straight.
