I have read thread after thread on how to prevent gyno with nolva, bromo, masteron........ I also understand what causes gyno. I have also read tons of threads on the sugery. Now that i have gyno problems, I feel like i am in the dark. I recently started having two small lumps under both nipples the size of 00 buck shot (1/8" to 1/4" dia). Do these lumps ever go away on its own? On my next cycle will it get worse or bigger?? Off cycle do these lumps continue to grow and if so what causes the growth? How big can these lumps get? On my next cycle will nolva and bromo prevent any more growth of the lumps or any additional lumps? Can you have more than one lump on each nipple? Does letrozol help reduce the risk of additional gyno growth? I never had this problem before and I have been taking lower dosages than in the past. I think the fina got me good. Please help me bros, i am freaking out.

Yes if u dont take precautions

And yes you can have more than one lump in one nipple, that will grow up until became breast tissue ( real bad gyno). Itīs true that L-dex or other anti-aromatase reduce the risk additional gyno growth.
One thing that you can try is take nolvadex over a couple of weeks, some bros have used it and noticed a reduction in the lumps. Play safe and take the right precautions bro!

Good luck

I got gyno about a year ago bro. Yes the lumps will always be there.... they do shrink a little over time mostly do to lower estrogen when you come off and your body normalizes but that tissue will always be there just not as inflamed.

After you have fibrous tissue growth you will be extra sensitive to any elevated levels of prog or estrogen in the future. At least I have been. This makes an anti aromatase a must to any cycle I do now. I don't even fuck w/ anti estrogens. Yes I keep nolv around, but I rely heavily on arimidex or femara to keep my sides down. I love femara. Best anti aromatase I have ever tried. I am currently taking OVER 2g of test a week and have no signs of elevated estrogen, no bloat, and no painful nips. Just use an anti aromatase on future cycles from now on and I think you will be fine.
