Thought I would post this here because we have so many members on slin.

This shake is good for slin because it packs in the carbs, no fat, cheap, and high protein, it is also in the recipes forum but not much traffic there.

Yogert protein shake (no protein powder required)

This shake is great for post slin.

16oz skim milk
2 cups of fat free yogurt, blueberry, strawberry, keyline, peach are all good.
(optional serving of protein powder, this shake has 36 grams of protein without any powder added.)

Blend with hand mixer or in blender.

Nutritional info.
400 calories
0 fat
75 Carbs
36 protein.

The taste and consistency of this shake is like the premade EAS Myoplex shakes.

I was drinking these for 10iu, I learned I really didn't need all 10 carbs per iu, 6 or 7 did the trick for me.

My problem is I live 30 miles from the gym. Hard to make there and would stink if I premade it. I don't know what I will end up doing.

The only thing here would be to addat at least 2 scoops of protein powder to the mix here, I like to get in atleast 75g.
