HOW MUCH PROTEIN DO U NEED?

.30grams/lb shall be good enough for non trainers. i strongly recommend that u should train it will change your life. also your sn is quit FUNNY LMAO
 
i aim for 1.5g/lb, seem to do better when i get at least 400grams though, everyone is different you must find the point where your body is happy with the amount it is getting
 
I've been following the 1.5 rule of thumb for years and it works! I keep growing and loose very little post cycle.
 
1.5 to 2 grams per pound if your lifting. I would say the 70grams is low for a non lifter male, even then your better off to eat a higher protein diet, .5 grams per bodyweight would be good.
 
man, i must have been eating around 300 g protien a day even before i started lifting and learned i needed to! i love steaks, chicken, well, any meats. it makes this lifestyle easier when youve always loved chicken and rice, steak and potatoes!

now, when bulking, i eat around 450 - 500 g. while dieting, i dont crave carbs like every one else, i crave a big serving of tissue protien!
 
your body need 1 gram a day per pound or it eats your muscle for protein........

2 grames for the weight you want to be when training
 
I DONT KNOW ABOUT TRAINING BUT I DO LIFT. BUT IVE BEEN SKIMPING ON THE PROTEIN. I DONT THINK I CAN AFFORD ALL THAT MEAT AND I DONT WANT TUNA BREATH CONSTANTLY. DO PROTEIN POWDERS WORK?
