can i still make gains naturally???

since i have already fucked my self with juice at a young age. how long u think would it take me to get back to my naturall potential. i got five weeks left on my cutting cycle. i will hit up HCG, Clomid, Ndex, Ldex.

What do u guys think have i fucked my natural gains for a next few years. man i am gonna diet and gain as much as i can in these last 5 weeks. cuz shit i am scared and i wanna quite. this time i am very scared and depressed. so this will probably be the end for a while.

i am thinking it will take me may be a year to get back to my normal self. i want as many opinions as possible.
 
IMO, it shouldn't take that long. I didn't even use anti e's or post cycle therapy (FYI folks, DON'T DO THAT) with my first cycle and I didn't lose that much when I came "off"......

What I did find that worked for me was this - the three meals immediately following my workout were the most important ones I could eat to ensure growth. Here's what I did...
Post workout - I would immediately have a shake with around 50 grams protein, 50 grams carbs, 5 grams creatine/glutamine
45 mins later - Meal, containing 50-60 grams protein and 100 grams carbs..usually chicken or lean red meat, some pasta, and a high sugar container of yogurt
2 1/2 hrs later I'd have a "get big" drink.....some sort of meal replacement packet with a 1:1 protein/carb ratio and I'd also take my multivitamins and other supps like glucosamine, etc.

When I diligently followed this post workout eating regimen, I maintained gains from week to week - not like on the juice, mind you - but they were enough to keep me happy until the next cycle
 
This is your second cycle? I forget. You might not get any taller, but at your height you are plenty tall anyway. At 18 you have lots of potential, just give yourself time to recover, and don't get impatient.
 
Why did you get back on in the First place? After your first cycle you swore of as till you were older too.
 
I usually keep most of my gains. Like bigshug, I did not use anit e's or post cycle therapy after my first 4 cycles. Most of them lasted no more than 6 weeks and I only gained 8-12 pounds. The only thing I did take was tribulus which is suppose to stimulate the production of testoserone. I kept a log through out my cycle and when I was done with my cycle I always tried to match my lifts using the log. I also kept my calories high in order to keep my gains. I think the reason a lot of people that come off a cycle loose up to 10 lbs is because they eat less and lower the poundage in the weight room. Push yourself and try to match your lifts after your cycle and you will keep most of your gains.
 
As far as making gains naturally I think you can add atleast 5 pounds a year. It is not much but it's better than nothing. If creatine works for you use it. Also, take Glutamine along with it immediately after your cycle.
 
Your young and have still a ton of Natural potential. You got some good advice bro, it's all in your diet and keep doing intense workouts.
 
5lbs. plus keeping what you gained during a cycle is pretty good. But your still young so you might be able to put on 8-10 lbs. Depending on how fast your test levels get back to normal. Just try to lift just as hard as you did when you where on your cycle and you should be alright.
 
Yeah you can still grow, but you probably will not get any taller.
 
You will get back to your naturall potential as soon as you get your normal test levels back, so good work until that day:D and sure you can grow without cycling, but now that you tried it you will se that the gains will be smaller.... good luck bro
 
its goign to suck cuz i am used to of making gains fast with the anabolics in me. so its going to be quite hard but as long as i like the way i look i am koo.
 
I second Macs statement. It is all in your eating habits.

i agree too on the eating part but i am at an age where i am still experimenting with diet i dont know what works the best for me. man i am not stressign that much i am in good shape rite now a bit more definition and i will be koo.
