t400 vs sust. 250

What is better to bulk up on t400 or sust.250 I have tried sust before and gained about 20 lbs but i was curious what other people thought.

t400 is junk. I would stick with sus or test enth.

sust will never let you down, but if you like pain try the T-400 I don't know how effective it is!!!!

T-400 will get it done buy you'll be much happier with the sust.
