yep it helps a lot. Gaining extra weight, and it also helps pump out those last few reps.
 
Creatine would be a good adiction to a anavar cycle, because the anavar itself stimulates the phosphocreatine synthesis in the muscle cell, and if you add the creatine to that cycle it should contribute to a good strenght increase.
 
I hold off my creating during cycle and use as part of my post cycle recovery. This way I lose no strength or gains that I have made. From personal experience using creating, glutaming, clomid post cycle helps me keep almost everything.
