well it depends on who's kit you are using. also what mg/ml ratio you want.

I would use www.researchkits.com make 100mg/ml. So for 50 ml you will need 5 grams of fina. Unless your getting a powder you will have to get 3 carts each cart is 2 grams, and a 6 gram kit, this will make 60ml.
