He said it was mild if at all, however i say its bad, lol, but to me a blemish is hell to,lol

his main concern was the scaring under my nipple and if i could live with that, havent been quoted a price yet but i cant go another summer feeling self concious though no one says they can even see it,lol

He also said he will take out the gland and that means no more gyno ever, though some say it has come back but i think there surgeon didnt get the gland, it sure would be nice to be able to jab a couple grams a week and not worry, lol

any thoughts or stories are welcome?!

also just to let anyone whos wondering know how it happened..i was never aware of progesterone related gyno, and fina absolutly did it

wow, remove the gland and no gyno ever? that sounds great, it will save some $ on anti e's. but than again, you won't get the anti bloat protection

oh yeah, was the onset of your gyno rapid or gradual from the fina? was there any warning signs (ie itching, more sensitive, ect)

I spoke with a plastic surgeon about a month ago...

and he told me that the gland should stay there. Can't remember the exact reasoning....oh yeah...he said the gland is needed for the area of the breast to look natural or else the possibility of having a indentation where the gland use to be is likely. Most of the surgeries he sees are because of fatty tissue and not fibrous breast tissue. I have tried to get my insurance Co. to cover it twice but they have rejected it both times. My doc just found an article that states that there have been links between the drug Prilosec and gyno!!! And guess what i have been on for about 4 years??? PRILOSEC>>>>>might be a shot in the dark but with out insurance I was told $4000 maybe a little less:eek:

presser i am seriously thinking of having it done just as a safeguard--and i am gonna have some lipo done too---now all i need to do is find a competent surgeon in Illinois--the guy who did my X's lipo did a great job but i dont think he has any experience with gyno surgery

Well if he didn't think that it was very noticable them maybe it isn't that bad. Everyone is their own worst critic. I guess it is up to you if you want to go through with it...

I got gyno from fina too. Whoever the fuck says fina does not cause gyno is full of shit. I do believe it is rare, but I was one of the 1% or whatever that nobody ever thinks they will be. I still would say fina does not cause gyno though to the majority of users. I thought it was bad for so long. Didn't want to take off my shirt. But NOBODY can see it except me. They all swear I am crazy so that rock under my nipple is gonna stay there I guess...

Hey this is probably just a crazy idea and I'm sure someone knows why it won't work, but if you injected pgf2 in the fatty tissue under your nipple would that kill the fat cells and therefore remove the gyno or no?

why does fina have a higher risk of gyno...is it because of the drugs you take to go along with it? ex, test-e, deca, dbols...ya know....

some ppl are prone to progesterone related side effects.....still want me to make u some lol???

go for it press, i would opt for total gland removal, that would be sweet. No more gyno in the future.....

presser what were the dosages on fina. i am on 100mg eod what do u think bout that i have not pain or soreness in my nipples. no sensitivity either just the puffiness when at rest. i am thinking it could be from water but does the prog gyno creep up on u without signs.

Maybe if you got the glads removed and there was a hole left were your nipple is you could get mini-breast implants. that would be too funny:D

Pressor , I have heard the same thing about greatly reduced risk of Gyno after gland removal from ppl who had it done.
I think I would ask that Dr. if he thinks there would be a void area that looked unnatural if it were taken out.
Then get a second opinion on that.
I need to get mine done too . I have been talking to one Dr. and getting their info on it. The pamplet leads you to believe that Glandular removal vr. Fatty tissue removal will result in a greatly reduced chance of a reoccurance. Makes since to me...
I'm gonna ask about the void and chances of coming back on my end ...Let us know if you get any more answers on these issues.

Also Dr. Bruce Nadler in Long Island ( MusleMag article ) said if it is done right you should not see any scar tissue at all.

I did have (in the U.S.) a gyno taken out from under one nipple couple of years ago and my health insurance had covered it - no problem.

If you catch gyno coming on and you are sure it is from the fina in your cycle, STOP TAKING THE FINA! Fina is in and out of your system very quickly.
