timing of meals

I am trying to adjust my meal schedule now since my busy time at work is over. I am trying to replace a shake with a solid meal. here is my sch
meal
1 whey shake 22grams before cardio
cardio
2 eggs and oatmeal 50 pro 55 carbs
3 shake 41 pro 23 carbs
4 chicken brown rice 50 pro 60 carbs

5 shake 41 pro 23 carbs
6 chicken and brown rice 50 pro 60 carbs
workout
7 whey shake and strawberries 66 pro 30 carbs
8 chicken and brown rice 50 pro 60 carbs
9 whey shake 44 grams before bed

I am thinking of swithcing meal 5 and 6
what do you think about eating a solid meal before training will probably eat at 4-4:30 and train at 5 or 5:15
would it be better to drink a shake before traing?
 
KEEP THE WHEY SAHKE PRE-WORKOUT. YOU NEED EASILY DIGESTED PROTEIN COMING OUT OF A FASTING STATE(SLEEP).DITCH THE LAST WHEY SHAKE FOR WHOLE FOOD OR COTTAGE CHEESE. SLOWER DIGESTING PROTEIN IS BETTER FOR KEEPING YOU IN A POSITVE NITROGEN BALANCE.
 
I always do shake before training or a protien bar. I don't think I could handle a meal before workout. Have to be up to you.
 
I don't know about indigestion... but sometimes I feel kind of sick afterwards... I certainly get nice smelly dumps from them.
My wife has taken to using the bathroom with the door open.
