@ what %bf should one start AS

I know its not good to start juicing with high levels of body fat because gyno will be more imminent as well as fat storage.
At what bf% would you say its safe to hit the juice at.

I dont know if this is a stupid question and im sure you vets will let me know
 
This is stricktly personal but I will not start if am over 15%. I would work my diet and cardio to get to that % and then step up.
 
For a cutting cycle it doesn't matter, but I would not start a bulker higher than 10%. For the reasons you listed above.
 
I would say 10-12% when I bulk, I really bulk, and it would be easy to put on a lot of fat.
 
You'll be happier with the results, I would say 25% is too high, it shouldn't take too long to drop down though.

Got any pics you can post? I really believe the mirror is one of the best guages period. Don't like calipars either. Some guy with a solid 4-pack was depressed in the locker room because the resident genius of a personel trainer told him he was 15%. The guy was about 40. Gee, Mr. PT do you think given the fact the guy has a 4-pack and he's 40 (skin just maybe isn't as tight as an 18 yr olds anymore) that you could be wrong?
 
those things aren't too accurate. If you have good calipers, and know what the hell your doing they are much more accurate.
