this post is just to inform the board about my displeasure with researchkits services lately. I followed all the correct channels as any member would and have been dissatisfied with the services. I'm a member of other boards as well and it appears that there are a few people that are not pleased with the service that they should be getting as customers.
 
Damn bro that sucks, was alway's gold by me but I haven't odered in awhile. Hope it turns around.
 
yeah a while back he was gold. Lately the service is not up to par. I've read about a couple of complaints about the orders getting all messed up or not being sent out when supposed to.
 
Hopefully he'll come here and give us an update. Alot of people were willing to stick by thru all that b.s..
 
Well this sucks. Hope they get their shit together.
 
Shipping Delays

Gymrat and anyone else who have experienced rather unreasonable delays we apologize. The situation is that our chemical supplier is so busy with a demand for his products, he can only get them to us so fast. So please be patient we know the critical nature of some of these orders and will get them to you as fast as we can. Please bear with us as our supplier works to meet our demands.

Thanks for the reply, but bro you have to communicate with your clients. Be upfront, everyone should be able to understand shit happens.
 
Delays sometimes happen. Letting the custs know is important. For people needing test stimulants like clomid, don't ever wait until the last minute to get this. Even with Nolva too.
 
and that's what my problem was. I have no problems with delays. shit happens and it's uncontrollable sometimes. But not keeping the customer informed of such problems and giving them wrong information is bad practice.
 
i have used them several times and have recommended them to several guys at my gym not on here. My last order was later than usual and then i was charged $20 shipping. I contacted him and we talked about a refund or something and that is the last i heard.
 
Did they put the name of what you are getting on the address label?
Too bad I had clen written above my name and had to go pick it up at the post office

ill second that one bro ..kinda funny no answer until someone posts about it then we all get a response..:(
 
that is why if any members are having any problems with someone bring it up with a MOD privately first. The MOD will take the appropriate actions. I even brought this up with the other MOD's before bringing it to the forums.
 
i know guys who had the word "DEX" written write on the front of the package, they were not happy
 
dont get me wrong chem and his kit company are by far the best out there, just a few things here and there need tweeking, but all businesses have this problem, so let them keep on keeping on, good peeps!
 
Maybe they could add a customer service webpage and just list everyones name,board name and shipping address with their order status info......
