How many muscles you work out aday ?

Hardly a Newbie
I usually do two muscle groups aday.

So far this week.

Legs-lats
Chest-tris
Shoulders- bi
Today is Legs -lats
fri- Chest-tris(shoulders i cant make it to the gym saturday)

Do i need to change anything up. Any ideas?
 
The legs/lats is a damn big set... I'd call that 4 groups (quads, hammies, calves, lats), assuming you aren't hitting traps there too.

My current split is:
mon: chest
tues: off
wed: legs (quads and hammies, low # of sets on calves)
thurs: abs
fri: back, shoulders, traps
sat: biceps, triceps, forearms
sun: abs and calves (higher # of sets)
 
back-bi
chest-tri
legs-forearms
shoulders-traps

then sometimes
back-tri
chest-bi
legs-forearms
shoulders-traps

Bro, there is no way that a back/leg split is going to work if you train with any kind of intensity...I don't care how much you're taking. I just don't see how anyone is going to pull triples, 4's or 5's with 600+ (back), front squat 4 plates for reps (quads), and then pull stiffies with 400+ for sets of 7-10 (hammies) all in the same day week after week.
 
Go chest bi's
Legs Tri's
Shoulders abs
Back twice as much cardio or calves(should do seperate from regular legs) & traps

Nice break from traditional b&b c&t L&s
 
Mon: Chest
Tue: Back
Wed: legs (hamstrings, glutes, quads and calves)
Thur: Sholders & Traps
Fri: Bi's & Tri's
Sat: EAT, EAT, EAT
Sun: Rest
I hit abs daily.
 
Here's one of my favorite splits:

Mon: Thighs, Abs
Tue: Chest,Tri
Wed: Off
Thur: delts/traps, calves, Abs
Fri: off
Sat: Back,Bi, forearms
Sun: Off

I switch things up every 2-3 months....

For me:

Monday is chest day
Tuesday is legs (hammies, thigh, and calf)
Wednesday is my off day (only do cardio/abs)
Thursday is shoulders
Friday is lower back (deadlifts and back extentions)
Saturday is bicept/tricept
Sunday is my other off day (only do cardio/abs)

I do cardio 7 days a week. My off days, as I've stated are just cardio and abs.
 
mon: chest
tues: back
wed: legs

fri: arms
sat & sun: repeat cycle ... too young for off days
atleast 45 min of cardio everyday and alternate abs and calves daily

Back -bis
Legs split into hamsrtings am/ Quads pm
Shoulders/traps/forearms
Calfs e/d
Abs e/o day
4 days on 1 off, 3 on 2 off...rotating
 
chest - bi´s
back - tri´s
legs - shoulders

this is when i train 3 days a week.......sometimes i hit the gym 4 days a week
