I keep trying to get me a avatar so I downloaded some from free avatars.net but when I go to options and try to apply it it keeps saying uploaded file is not a valid GIF or JPG file. what should I do thanx

When you downloaded it what was the file destination? Lood under my documents on your toolbar from start menu or search for files buy the date you downloaded it. You should be able to find it.

I have saved them under my shared documents and I have shared them under my pics the problem is not finding them after i push the browse button it is when I push the submit button it says what I originally posted I don't know what It is

It doesn't give you a message like, document to large or anything? If I understnd this, you click browse, find the avatar, submit it in the area, hit submit and nothing happens, correct?

yeah thats exactly what happens it gives me a message that says not valid jpg file but I downloaded my files from freeavatars.net and other sites none of them work ??????

Ok go back to freeavatars, reload the avatar you want (right click) it'll ask save as, make sure it's under my pictures. See what it says. What operating system do you use?

Hit the "post reply" button, and that gives you more options for your post. Then just upload the file (there's a place at the bottom of the post reply screen) the same way you're trying to upload it as your avatar.

won't let me do that either says the same thing cant send attacment then the message its been saying
