Getting ready to do a cycle of sust. 250 500mgs/wk for a bulking cycle but I do not want to put on alot of extra fat because of suummer and all so what can I do to keep the fat at a minimum.but not take away from my weight gains? Cardio??
 
i like 40/30/30 of P/C/F. just make sure you get enough protein, don't overdo the carbs and get adequate healthy fats while keeping calories a bit above maintenance and you should be able to put on a few pounds with little fat gain

tweak as needed as you find out what works best for you
 
ditto on what's above.....just keep your carb intake fairly low after 6pm and highest in the morning when you're fueling up for the day, and you should be OK.....oh yeah, and don't do like I do and hit off the McDonald's drive through once a day, I'll be the one on the beach this year in a tee shirt
