We will have a section where you can view video of how to do various exercises the proper way and improper way.
If you have a digital camera that take video, then we will use you on the site. Spanishfly and i will be doing some ourselves and I hope to recruit some of our moderators as well! Ofcourse all members are welcome to submit and exercise of their choice and I will add it to the New forum of video links for each exercise!
Just let me know what exercises you plan to do so that I do not have doubles or others doing the same ones.
We will also ad mandatory poses to this section to view video of each for those who compete or want to compete in the future!
