I don't use ALA. Don't have liver problems (so far).

I actually use ALA and milk thistle....better safe than sorry - Just ask Tom Prince, his liver's seen better days as of late......it's a shame

I take ala & milk thistle. I'm more worried about my drinking than juice effecting my liver.

I'm in the same boat as HB. When I start my oral winny in a few weeks, I'll start the ALA. Will be the first I've used of the stuff. Looking forward.

i use it at 1500 mgs ed while on cycle and while cutting off cycle to cut out some of the carbs out

In the past I often used liv55 and mikthistle, but now I am using Synthergine , as nothing come close to it.

I do have to say Synthergine is the best stuff out there...Infact there is not even a close 2nd... it is leap years ahead of anything out there.. Grrrrrreat stuff
