hey guys I started woeking out again and this is my second week
since i been out of the gym for about 6 months and also recovering from ankle ligament reconstruction surgery..... I need to get from 25%bf to 15% so i can start my cycle.... I been losing about 1-2 lbs a day but im really not lifting very hard at all
some may say im being lazy but i feel im just taking it slow but at the same time im doing cardio 6 days a week for 30 @ minutes
walking on an incline at about the speed of 4.2 and every 3 minutes I sprint for 1 minute.... do you think i should increase the weight lifting or keep on the same path......

if u are recovering from an ankle surgery like that i would take it slow like u are ....as far as the lifting is concerned...take that slow as well....1-2 lbs a day is pretty damn good!

You do not need any kind of re-injury so I beleive that you are going about it the right way. You know your body better than anyone else.

I'm sure you already thought this out, but just curious... how's your diet?

Are you going to do any thermos?

Maybe incorporating some machine exercises instead of free wieghts might be safer. All machines allow you to sit, which is what you need to do in order to put less strain on your ankle.
