hydrostatic weighing

I know there are a few members here that are from Jersey. Do any of you know where they perform hydrostatic weighing (underwater weighing to determine bf%). Hopefully more northern New Jersey.

I'm no where near jersey, but try calling some local universities. I got mine done at a local college before.

Try doing a google search (you can do it at the bottom of this page :D) for hydrostatic weighing [a city near you]. I just found out that 2 local universities (local to me) at the very least offer testing to the general public!

rat, try some local hospitals-they should be able to refer you to the proper people.

this is funny. I just called up Hackensack University Medical Center which is a huge hopital near my house. They transferred me through 4 departments. Not one of the departments knew what hydrostatic weighing is. I had to explain to all of them that it's when you weigh someone underwater to determine there bf%. They were useless. I'll try some universities around here.

don't worry about it bro. I've tried to find a place for so long that does hydrostatic weighing. No one here in Jersey does it I think. I just called up a community college here and they don't either. None of the gyms or healthclubs offer that service either.

This probably doesn't help - probably too far away:
Rutgers University, Busch Campus, Nelson Biological Labs, Room B126, Bevier Road (from Freilinghuysen Rd, turn onto Allison Rd, then Left onto Bevier Road, parking and building on the left), Piscataway, NJ

Actually I used to work in piscataway, nj. For UMDNJ which is affiliated with Rutgers. It's a good hour drive. Might be my last resort though.
