View Full Version : Cutting Cycle Cardio?

My stats:
21 yo, 225 lbs, 15-16% bf, and 5'10.
I'm doing a cycle of Profina. 150 of prop, 112.5 tren eod. On week #4 now and starting week 7, I'll be throwing 50 mgs winny into the mix (ed).
How much cardio should a man of my stature be doing? I'm just looking to cut up a bit and be as strong as a bear, lol.
What about a friend of mine who is built extremely thin? He and I are doing the same cycle. Should he be doing any cardio at all? I think he's looking to drop about 2% bf and get stronger while doing so.

Start at 20 and work up to 40 minutes cardio at 80% of your max heart rate 3 to 5 times a week.

i'll second that... remember cardio is only part of it though... you have to eat clean as well

I like to do 40-50min of cardio frist thing in the morning 5 times a week.

i do 30 min 7 days all year and contest prep i increase that to 45 then i go to cardoi twice a day at 30 min
Ectos - Can get by with little or none
Mesos- Can get by with somewhat more than ectos
Endos- Screw it. Chain yourself to the bike or treadmill now. Just take the machine to my right and say hi (The hot cardio chick is on my left, makes cardio a little more bearable).

I been doing 30 min a day 6 days a week
I do 2 minutes brisk walk 6.0 incline the i sprint for 1min and repeat until time is up seems to be working well
1-2lbs a day im not sure if its water or fat
LA i agree with the hot chick method i love looking at some of these sweaty ass chicas mmmmmmmm what motivation

Thnaks for all of this. I do agree, diet is #1. I have been real good this cycle and as of late.
That's the best part of the workout, the bouncing babes on the stairmasters!
Who else gets a kick out of the sweat from the chick's ass? Gotta love it...

I love checking out chicks in the gym!!!
but yeah, I do 30-45 min on the bike 3 days a week in the morning, I put it on random so it just goes up and down in difficulty... my hr stays around 60-80% ... and 2 1 hr sessions of basketball...
and i also might play an additional 3 hrs or so of bball on fridays if it's not raining...
seems to be working fine for me...
