Hey guys what is a long enough time to run gh? I've seen people say you can run gh for 12 weeks and have good results others 6 months others all year. Can I run it 12 weeks and benefit from it or is a waste of money?

all i now about the stuff is it's good 4iu's ed is fine.. it will take 3-4weeks before you see anything and you need to 126 kits.. whick would be what 3mths..

Yeah well I thought I would need 3-4 126iu kits to get an effect, but your saying with 2 kits @ 4iu/day 5 days on 2 days off I would get some decent results.

P.S. Mail box clear. lol

Is there a huge difference in effectiveness of a 3 month cycle as opposed to a 6 month cycle, other than money?

machine, how old are you? The reason I ask is because I believe it has alot to do with your age. Someone in their 40s is going to get better results at 4ius a day than someone in their 20s.

I am 22 and am taking 6iu's ED. I'm on my 6th week and am pleased w/ it. Everyone can't believe how big I am getting. I am also leaner. I feel like it's made my weight "solid" and made my muscle look more "mature" if that makes sense.

By mature I mean the difference b/w seeing someone who is 240 and just got there or someone who is 240 and has had that muscle on their frame for years. It has made my muscle look more "mature".

I have noticed some fat loss but nothing amazing. I feel bigger when I see myself in my peripheral vision...like my shoulders and arms...i can see more of them when I am looking forward... I sometimes think my feet are a lil bigger but this might be in my head.

My stomach fat hasn't dropped THAT much but my delts are showing some nice striations when I'm pumped that fan out from my arm pit...something that I've never seen but really like... I've always had low bf though so I dunno why I never saw this before.

I have a minimum of 8 more weeks @ 6iu's ED and maybe longer if I buy more. I'm interested to see what else happens...Hopefully this will help me keep my gains when I come off. I feel like this muscle is real QUALITY and not just QUANTITY like it's mainly been before. And i've packed on so much mass recently that it is QUANTITATIVE, BUT YET STILL QUALITATIVE!!!!

Are you as big as bigjosh? If not I wouldn't even run it unless you got there or turn 35.

My personal rule on GH (and alot has to do with it's price).

Unless you resemble something from the Juarisc period.

29 and under- don't bother, spend your money on juice and get to the size of something from the Juarisic period first.

30-35- You may get some benefit but it's still an indiviual thing at this point.

36-up- Bring it on. At the very least you'll tighten up some of that skin that has begun to droop and losing BF will be a whole lot easier.

Don't really know bigjosh's stats, 5'9 was 220lbs. eating clean for a show went down to my present weight: 210lbs. I've been off cycle for 3 weeks now I think. Arms: about 17.25, bf: less than 12% don't know exactly but abs are there without flexing them, strentgh right now off cycle and eating very clean bp: 365, front squat: 365, ,deadlift: 495 My goals for this year are to get up to 240lbs. @ bf where abs are still plainly visible. Don't want to wait until I'm 36+ to use growth, WANT TO BE BIG NOW!! :( :D

P.S. One of my main reasons for wanting to use gh, is to keep gains when I come off aas in between cycles, instead of yo-yo weight. I didn't lose any weight when I came off this time (was dieting down to 210 while on and now off for three weeks and maintaining)

Machine, don't get me wrong I just believe there are better (as in cheaper) solutions for what you are trying to accomplish. See the IGF-1 thread.

yeah the igf long r3, is also an option I have been considering for a couple months now...
